About CaseSharp

Built for Australian legal research that people can trust.

CaseSharp is an Australian authority engine and research workbench for students, clerks, and practising lawyers. The product goal is simple: make it faster to verify what a case says, how it has been treated, and where to go next.

Why it exists

Australian researchers still waste time stitching together authority history, passages, and export-ready notes by hand. CaseSharp is built to reduce that friction without pretending the work is automatic.

What it does

Search the corpus, inspect treatment, save authorities, compare cases, build briefs, and ask grounded research questions inside one matter-like workflow.

How it behaves

The product is opinionated about verification. If support cannot be confirmed, it says so. Every substantive output is designed to be reviewed by a human before reliance.
